And he certainly arrived for the game in style, hopping out of a Mercedes-Maybach worth $300,000.

Fans were absolutely wowed and quickly had their say on X, the site formerly known as Twitter.

"That whip is so clean bro," one fan said.

"He hopped out like that was a mid Uber," another fan said.

"Wow, that is some way to ride," a third fan said.

Tatum is in the middle of a five-year contract with the Celtics worth an eye-opening $163 million.

He is believed to have a number of expensive cars in his collection, which also includes a Rolls Royce and a classic Ford Mustang.

However, Tatum insists he doesn't care too much for the trappings that come with being a wealthy and successful sports star.

"It was never about the money and the cars and being famous or that lifestyle,” he told the Athletic.

“I truly love the game because I love basketball, not for all the things that come with it.

It moves them above the Los Angeles Lakers in the all-time standings.
