BRIDGERTON star Charithra Chandran has revealed the 47p tool that transformed her hair from thinning to thick and healthy.
The actress, who played Edwina Sharma in the second season of the popular Netflix Regency Era drama, shared her tips via a video posted to social media.
Speaking on TikTok, Charithra said: "I've been working really hard on my hair health since I noticed some thinning.
"I think I now have my routine locked down".
Scalp massager
Charithra's first tip is to get yourself a scalp massager, which you can pick up from Temu for just 47p.
She said: "Scalp health is key to having healthy hair".
Demonstrating rubbing the tool on her scalp, the actress said that you use it to rub shampoo into your head, to make sure that your hair is really clean.
"Since using this, I've noticed my hair being thicker, and feeling a lot cleaner", she said.
Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer
Charithra said that her next tip is quite pricey, but is definitely worth it if you have the money to spare.
The star recommended the Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer, which you can pick up from Boots for £38.

She said: "Very few products have an effect after one use - this does.
"You use it once and you notice your hair is softer and smoother".
Paddle hairbrush
Charithra said that the type of hair brush you use is very important for hair health, and recommended using a paddle brush.
She said: "Avoid brushes or combs that have loads of bristles, because they tear through your hair.
Low-settings on hairdryers
Making sure that your hair dryer is on the lowest heat setting is another thing that Charithra recommends, as this prevents your hair from being damaged.
High heat can cause your hair to become dry and brittle, leading to breakage and split ends.
Hair Oil
Charithra swears by the Inde Wild Champi Hair Oil for healthy hair, which can be purchased for £29.
She said she uses the product once a week, the day before she washes her hair and massages it into her scalp.
The 4 stages of the hair growth cycle
Hair experts at Philip Kingsley shared the four stages of the hair growtn cycle are: Anagen, Catagen, Telogen and Exogen
Anagen Phase: Also known as the ‘Growth Phase’ or ‘Active Phase’, is when the cells in the root of your hair are most rapidly dividing so more new hair is formed.
During the Anagen Phase, hair grows around half an inch a month [about six inches a year], and faster in the summer than in winter.
This phase of the hair growth cycle lasts an average of three to five years.
Catagen Phase: Following the Anagen Phase, your hair cycle enters a short transitional phase known as the Catagen Phase, which signals the end of active hair growth and cuts individual hairs off from the blood supply and from the cells that produce new hair.
Approximately three percent of all hairs are in this stage at any time and it lasts for around 10 days.
Telogen Phase: The third stage of your natural hair growth cycle is the Telogen Phase, a resting period when strands remain in their follicles but are not actively growing.
An estimate of 10-15 percent of your hairs are in the Telogen Phase at any given moment.
The Telogen Phase lasts around three months or 100 days.
Exogen Phase: The final stage of the Hair Growth Cycle, when individual hair strands are released from their follicles and fall out.
Now the whole process begins again.
The star said: "It smells amazing but I've also just noticed the difference in my hair growth and hair health.
"This is amazing".
Healthy lifestyle
Charithra said that a lot of our hair health comes down to genetics and the lifestyle we lead.
