Another mum-of-seven has made almost £4,000 since she started using Vinted in 2021
IT may seem like a hassle to take pictures and list your items.
But one mum has explained why using Vinted is 100 per cent worth it, after revealing her incredible success on the selling app.

She took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to post a snap which showed her balance on the app - which stood at £899.22.
"For those who don't think vinted is worth it, I would highly recommend it!" she wrote alongside it.
"I sell all my kids and my old clothes for £1 or £2 to get rid of them and over time it builds up."
She added that she never realised how much her sales had added up until Vinted updated and showed her.
People in the comments section were quick to praise the woman, while also revealing their own Vinted success stories.
"I love Vinted, am getting rid of so much stuff, just putting it on for £1 or £2," one wrote.
"I do that too, I love it," another added.
"I’ve been using Vinted since 2021 can’t believe how much I’ve made! (Family of 9 so loads to clear out!!)" a third said, sharing a screenshot showing she's made £3,963 since she started using Vinted.

Not everyone agreed with the positive assessment of Vinted though.
"Vinted sucks - half of the stuff I try to buy gets cancelled as sellers can't find it or something!" one wrote.
To which another said: "That's because they are also selling on eBay.
"I've seen the same stuff on both sites - that's why this is happening sometimes."

It's the king of second-hand fashion but I hate Vinted.
There I said it. Yes, it stops items going into landfill. Yes, it helps create additional side-hustle income for many.
And yes, you can get things at bargain prices. But it is just not my (shopping) bag.
From personal experience, I've bought 'cheap' bundles of children's clothes only for them to arrive dirty and misshapen.
Plus, with postage and buyer protection they didn't feel like such a great deal. I much prefer going to my local charity shop or supermarket for kids' stuff.
I've also bought more premium high-street items - a dress from Arket and a skirt from Cos - only to find they didn't fit properly and the colours were faded.
I attempted a bout of selling stuff but gave up after my £110 Veja trainers got lost in the post and I spent two hours on the phone to Royal Mail.
A major gripe with it is that it still encourages you to spend, spend, spend. I'm not sure I needed the items I did purchase, I just didn't want to miss out.
Also, the reselling of fast-fashion items - a £5 Shein top on Vinted for £17.50 - makes me feel a bit queasy.
Clothes shopping has become a daily hobby for a lot of people when really it should be something that's done once or twice a year as a necessity.
But the 18 million Vinted app users clearly disagree with me.
"I didn't know they did this, put it on two sites, but they are silly sellers," a third replied.
"eBay take a HUGE chunk of fees after selling your items so they are losing money straight away!

"They are better off selling on Vinted as there's no fees and it's an instant sale - so no hanging around waiting for a bid to end or for payment.
"That's why I left eBay... when I worked out how much per item I was actually receiving it wasn't worth it."
