Top Chef 2024 Season 21 finale LIVE — Winner’s dish slammed as ‘under seasoned’ as fans say Dan Jacobs was ‘robbed’
TOP Chef has crowned this season's winner.
Danny Garcia beat out chefs Dan Jacobs and Savannah Miller after the final three were tasked with creating a four-course meal.
However, fans were furious with the judges' decision to crown Danny as the winner after his meal was "under seasoned" - and many think Dan should have won instead.
"I love Danny but how do you win Top Chef with a dish that was under seasoned and lobster that was not cooked all the way?" one viewer slammed on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Dan Jacobs had fewer hiccups & a more successful 4 course meal per the judges comments. Dan should have won."
"Was so rooting for Dan to win Top Chef, and I am honestly confused why he didn’t," another complained.
"He didn’t under season his dish or under cook his protein or make some weird dish the judges didn’t even know how to eat. Dan was robbed."
