Each pizza truck will offer three to five types of pizza in each city based on local availability.

"We're excited to hit the road this summer with our Pay What You Want Pizza truck," said David Best, President and CEO of Newman's Own.

"We can't wait to share our delicious pizza, celebrate the great generosity in this country, and help even more kids. Come by and enjoy a slice!"

On Newman's Own website, readers can find unique recipe ideas for almost any occasion like a backyard barbeque or fancy dinner party.

The company promises quality ingredients that make mealtime and prep "quick, easy, and tasty."

Founder Paul Newman and his friend A.E. Hotchner founded the company after they decided to give some friends homemade dressing in old wine bottles for the holidays.

Their friends loved it and wanted more.

Newman’s Own Salad Dressing was officially released two years later, generating over $300,000 in first-year profits.

“Let’s give it all away to those who need it,” Newman declared, according to the company's online page.

Since 1982, Newman’s Own Foundation has continued the founder's mission by donating over $600 million to charity.

The company honors this tradition today with new and exciting ways to generate funds and awareness for children in need.

After the launch of the pizza truck, customers applauded the company for continuing the founder's legacy.
