The report stated that first responders found drug paraphernalia scattered on the mattress in Green's bedroom.

Green, who went by the nickname Worth, was 36.

The Green family has mourned his death largely in silence since the tragic incident last summer.

Taylor Ann Green and her family released a joint statement a week after Worth's death.

"Worth left this world on top of the world - he had a beautiful passion for life and cared deeply for those around him," the family told People.

"We are going to miss his jovial personality and all of the love and laughter that he brought his family, girlfriend and countless friends.

"Heartbroken is an understatement, but we are finding so much peace knowing he is in the arms of our Heavenly Father."

Taylor's sister, Catie King, was the first family member to speak out about the death, posting on social media photos of her late brother.

"You are the best big brother I could have ever asked for," King shared at the time.

"This family will never be the same. I love you to the moon and back.

"You're always loved, never forgotten, forever missed."

Taylor Ann Green was introduced to fans of Bravo's reality TV show Southern Charm during the show's 7th season.

At the time, the racy blonde, 29, was dating the fun-loving ladies' man Shep Rose, 44.

The pair kept their relationship under wraps while filming the show's seventh season, but fans speculated they were in a relationship.

Taylor Ann and Rose went public with their relationship in May 2020 before announcing their split two years later in July 2022.

"We spent two and a half years together. You've allegedly slept with over 300 women," Taylor Ann said about her split from Rose during Southern Charm's Season 8 reunion special.

"You went out. You partied. Now, you've wrapped me into this slow of whores who you've been f**king.

"Now, I'm just a number, and that's what f**ked me up in the head. I was just the whore that lasted the longest."

Rose addressed his ex's comment, saying he was dealing with personal issues and admitted to still loving Taylor Ann.

"There were some [issues] in the way that we looked at the world," Rose explained sometime after the Season 8 reunion.

"[I will] always be in love with her. I love her. That's all you need to know.

"She's fantastic [but to] get back together, I don't know. I think that maybe I'm not the best for her. It sounds like a cop-out. I swear it's not."
